It might have been the January blues, it might be the fact we all need a holiday, but this month The Crafty Mum Toy Shop worked alongside those at Worthing Spanish Social and organised Club de Niños - an informal term time group where Spanish or aspiring Spanish speakers can meet with their families and chat over coffee and cake! The club starts in February, breaking for the half term, and we have a number of Spanish aids and toys coming to the shop to mark it's launch. Watch this space for some amazing new toys coming in!

It is not all work work work here at The Crafty Mum. We set up a little table at the Worthing Rugby Club situated in Angmering and whilst we were there we popped into a local baby group, Baby Sensory. Baby Sensory was the first (and original) baby programme to offer a complete approach to learning and sensory development from birth to 13 months. Designed to stimulate, educate and provide precious memories during the all-important first year of life, Baby Sensory has won multiple awards both nationally and internationally since 2008. Run by Vicki Russell, we had loads of fun and will hopefully be back soon.
The Crafty Mum visited Birdham in October for the local Crafts Gifts and More event in the village hall. We all wore something pink in aid of breast cancer and raised nearly £100! Thank you to everyone for coming along.
